I’m Rachael Meeds!

Learning to be embodied in my liberated self-expression has been one of the biggest initiations of my life. As a child & teenager, I experienced extreme bullying, which deeply impacted my voice & led me to censor my expression for many years.

When I first started coaching people 8 years ago, all the ways I was censoring my expression became loud & clear. My business became one big ol’ spiritual awakening for the parts of me that longed to be seen. Through my own transformation & devotion to studying the subconscious & somatics, I developed my methodology, the AROARA method, to support other leaders in liberating their voice too.

The commitment to no longer abandon myself to avoid being rejected, judged, or misunderstood has radically changed my life & how I lead in my business. The Liberated Self Expression Movement has been birthed from the depths of my being. This work isn’t just what I do, it’s a fundamental part of who I am. It’s my Dharma, my purpose, & my mission in the world.
